I’m interested in a web video for my company. What happens first?
1. We take your brief at your free consultation, then write you a 'mock up' script. (unless you have your own) and give you a production cost estimate
2. If you approve this a contract for supply will be drawn up to an agreed budget and time frame
3. Book your shooting and production schedule and pay booking deposit –
Remember a studio session is dependant on availability. So – please book ASAP to avoid disappointment. The quality of your video should not be compromised by rushing it.

What’s the process?
1. After you book – we allocate you a slot
2. We interview you to determine what you want to communicate in the ad - your vision. You supply logo and graphics as required
3. We write a full script and concept, and story board (the remit) for you to approve and sign off.
4. We schedule the videographer, editor and voice over if required
5. On your selected date – we film the ad
6. We do the post production work – editing, music and graphics etc - based on the remit.
7. When the ad is ready (usually within days) we’ll email you a link to view it. Please note up to two exchanges of feedback are included in the original fee. Large scale changes may be deemed outside of original brief and therefore will incur additional costs.
8. When you're happy we’ll send you the finished video files
What about images and graphics for the ad?
When you book we’ll ask you if you have any specific images that you would like to integrate into your ad.
Emailing is an ideal way to transfer files and we'll add them in postproduction
